Otto’s Garden Handbook is a digital download, so there is nothing to post back.

When you buy

Your download is made available electronically after successful payment.

Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout so we can deliver your purchase.

If something goes wrong

If your download does not arrive, will not open, is corrupted, or is materially different from what was described on the product page, contact us at support@ottogrows.store.

We’ll do our best to put it right by restoring access, replacing the file, or, where appropriate, issuing a refund.

Change of mind

Because the handbook is a digital product that is delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been delivered or accessed.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.
